I am new to Phoenix and don’t know the area well. I just knew I wanted to be reasonably close to downtown. Liz was very helpful finding a number of houses to tour and when I found one I liked she arranged a fast inspection, followed by a successful negotiation of the purchase price and items needing to be repaired. I have to say, the seller’s were a nightmare to deal with, but Liz kept her cool and was very persuasive. I am very impressed with her and would highly recommend her.
