Liz sold our house in One day! I would recommend her to anybody buying or selling a house. Liz is very professional throughout the whole process. If we decide to buy another property we definitely will be using Liz again.
Coming from out of state, we knew very little about the city of Phoenix. Liz was extremely knowledgeable on the area and easily picked up on exactly what we were looking for in a home. After weeks of diligent searching, Liz found the perfect home for us. Throughout the closing process, Liz oversaw everything we couldn’t be there for, met with contractors to give us a head start on some remodeling, and made sure anything and everything was ready for us to close and move in. I am new to Phoenix and don’t know the area well. I just knew I wanted to be reasonably close to downtown. Liz was very helpful finding a number of houses to tour and when I found one I liked she arranged a fast inspection, followed by a successful negotiation of the purchase price and items needing to be repaired. I have to say, the seller’s were a nightmare to deal with, but Liz kept her cool and was very persuasive. I am very impressed with her and would highly recommend her.
